Polaris Parks is a developer of industrial land, specializing in industrial park investment, construction, and management. These strategically planned areas offer all the necessary facilities to attract a diverse range of investors and encourage them to establish or relocate their companies here. Established in 2007, the company has made significant contributions to Egypt's national growth and industrial development.

As pioneers in eco-friendly practices, we collaborated with Cairo University to mitigate pollution from factories in Egypt. We installed a solar lighting system in public areas across our parks, creating the largest solar lighting setup in Egypt. Additionally, we introduced advanced water supply management and prioritized a clean, green environment through flood control and landscaping at Polaris Parks.
