Business Initiative Directions (BID) is the private organization focused on the Quality Mix Plan and International B.I.D. Global Zones of the Future by Finantial Times

"Polaris International Industrial Parks" was honored In Financial Times FDI Magazine. The magazine ranked Polaris International Industrial Park No. 45 in their "Global Free Zones of the Future" Report 2012/2013. FDI is the world's premier publication for the business of globalization and a prime division of The Financial Times Ltd, specializing in all areas relating to foreign direct investment and investment promotion.

More than 600 free zones across 120 countries were invited by fDi Magazine to complete a survey requesting both qualitative and quantitative data regarding their free zones. The information collected was set under five categories: incentives, facilities, cost-effectiveness, transportation and best FDI promotion. The judgment was mainly depending on the general aspects of the project (total size, availability of office spaces, the number of employment opportunities,  the extra amenities or services available as value added, the available facilities, the infrastructure, the proximity to transportation media...etc)

Our commitment to quality and excellence in our business were the main reasons behind this success. Accordingly, we are privileged to be the first industrial park in Egypt receiving such an honorable title, and we are proud to be contributing to set Egypt on the international map of industrial zones around the world.

It is worth mentioning that the Annual FDI Global Free Zones Report is the reliable source of information and data research which delivers vital business intelligence to corporations and investors around the globe looking for the right place to develop their investments.
